Led and coordinated a rolling programme of CAPEX and brownfield improvement projects within a live Top Tier COMAH site. Supported ongoing production while delivering safety, efficiency, and infrastructure upgrades.
The role required construction management and coordination across multiple concurrent projects, integrating professional, supervisory, and trade resources alongside term maintenance teams to ensure safe, compliant, and efficient project delivery.

- Multi-project construction management and coordination
- Integration of white- and blue-collar resources, including term maintenance workforce input
- CDM dutyholder setup and construction phase planning
- Scope development and constructability input during design stages
- Health, Safety, and Environmental management across all construction activities
- Contractor vetting, pre-qualification, and assurance
- Tendering support, bid analysis, and contractor appointment
- Construction execution oversight, interface management, and performance control
