- Authority planning support and regulatory interface
- EPCm strategy development, tendering, and selection
- Supplier and contractor negotiation and appointment
- Construction phase planning and COMAH compliance oversight
- Management of construction, commissioning, and handover activities
- Post-handover defect resolution and performance monitoring
